WHAT IS OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS?

First thing we do is scour the old rag houses. We are always seeking out the highest quality and most dynamic looking fabrics. Each roll produces, on average, 50 pairs of shorts which means each and every pair is limited. The rolls are then cut + sewn in DTLA and shipped directly to your doorstep. We strive to ensure all stages of production & shipping are kind to the environment. It's the VH way.

 

WHY DO THE PRICES DIFFER?

Simply put our prices differ based on how many pairs of shorts can be cut from a roll of fabric. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Returns for online purchases may be accepted within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be in unused, resalable condition with all original packaging intact and price tags attached with the original invoice. Unfortunately we cannot provide return shipping services except in the event of an order error. Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the return merchandise and will be given in the original form of payment, excluding the original shipping costs.

Please note that the original shipping charges on the order will not be refunded. We will not accept any returns delivered to us without any prior communication and written agreement between us and the customer. Please make sure all items to be returned are properly packaged and traceable with a proper tracking number. We also recommend insuring the package for the full amount of value. We do not accept or assume responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods while in transit from the customer. Once the returned items have been inspected and confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the customer – which does not include the original cost of postage and packaging.

We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Additional notes:

*Sale products purchased from our Sale section are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns. This does not apply to products purchased with a discount code, unless product happens to also be a Sale item in our Sale section.

*Items must be packaged in shipping box. We will not accept returns sent back with product packaging as shipping package.

Shipping

  • DOMESTIC SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to fulfill all orders as soon as possible. We offer a cost-based shipping system. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground.

Please email contact@valley-heat.com for any questions or requests regarding shipping methods, or address changes. Customers will be notified of a proper tracking number for your order once it has been fulfilled. The following timeline can be utilized strictly as a guideline for estimate delivery times:

Domestic: USPS Ground / 1 – 5 business days

Please note delivery times may vary depending on location, and we do not guarantee these delivery times due to third-party factors beyond our control. We also ask our customers to kindly provide a telephone number when placing your orders. This will help tremendously in making sure orders are cleared and arrive in your hands in a proper time frame.

Payment

  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, and MasterCard) as payment in addition to PayPal, Shopify Pay, Amazon Pay, and Google Pay. Please note: Registration with PayPal is NOT required

  • PROMO/DISCOUNT CODES

During specified times we have promotional sales that require promo/discount codes which must be applied manually during checkout. All promotional sale and discount code information will be clearly messaged during the sale via valley-heat.com, our email newsletter, and our social media channels. Please note: Discount codes are only valid during the specified timeframe and certain exclusions apply. Codes cannot be combined.

Please note: Promotional sales and discount codes are separate from Sale product. Sale product is considered marked down product in our Sale section. Sale product is FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns. Full-priced product purchased during a promotional sale or with a Discount code that is not Sale product is eligible for returns/exchanges and is not final sale.

 

Online Orders

  • I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, BUT CAN I MODIFY OR EDIT IT?

If you would like to modify or edit your processed online order, please have your order # ready and orders@valley-heat.com as soon as possible.

  • ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Customers requesting cancellation and refund of an order after fulfillment will be charged the shipping cost as a restock fee.

  • WHERE IS MY ONLINE ORDER BEING SHIPPED FROM?

Orders are processed and shipped from Los Angeles

  • HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED OUT?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Customers will be notified of a proper tracking number for your order once it has been fulfilled. We ship out all orders via USPS each Wednesday.

 

Product-Related

  • HOW DO I MEASURE MYSELF FOR APPAREL SIZING?

  • WHAT DOES DEADSTOCK MEAN?

Deadstock fabrics come from textile mills and garment factories that have large amounts of unused fabrics. These are still new materials - just unsold initially.
